Monte Carlo Inn - Vaughan Suites

The staff have been absolutely amazing, sweet, accommodating to emergency needs for a hotel when surgeries are delayed etc Paul and Melissa the day time staff have been extremely kind, helpful what hotel tries to help u find rhe best price for ur stay online. Most places try and get more from u unfortunately when they can tell someone's already dealing with massive crises and need a break. They gave me the absolute best rate they could give and it was better than the rate I even found. They were very understanding kind and helpful. Along with a young gentleman at night who got me blankets a could times I asked for an extra blanket fully ok with and expecting to have to wait a bit as it's a large hotel but nope the young gentleman was back with in what felt like seconds with a fuzzy blanket. Both times super fast. They do need better food options especially within certain area of their location rhe restaurant seems to mostly be shellfish and unfortunately that's an allergy of mine so makes me to nervous when the majority of the menu is shellfish to be able to dine there. Aside from that pretty good hotel could use some sound proofing forsure but those three employee alo e with the cleaning staff very kind very hard working and very good customer.er service when issues arrive.

We stayed here after arriving back from a trip. We want it to get away from the airport and have easy access to the highway in the morning as we were traveling north. This location was excellent for that. Hotel was nice rooms were clean. Carpets are getting a little dated in this place but aside from that everything else was really good. I would stay here again in the same circumstance

Spent a week here and really liked th3 location. Complimentary breakfast is nice, but go early as it can get crowded and the setup causes a few bottlenecks with people milling around. Plenty of parking and they also have charging stations for electric cars. The rooms are spacious, the suite we had was pretty big and the jacuzzi worked well. Heating did its job in noth rooms. The bed was a bit small and very creaky, thats the only thing we didnt like about the place. Would definitely stay again, just hope they replace the crwaky beds / mattresses

Hotel was great but we booked it because it included breakfast. The "included breakfast" is basically toast & coffee, if you want any real breakfast you have to order and pay for it on top of your room fee. We thought this was a little less than honest!

I would like to commend Melissa, Sylvia, and Sandy for going above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost AirPods. Their willingness to assist, and genuine care made the experience stress-free and truly appreciated. Their excellent customer service reflects positively on the hotel, and I am very grateful for their support.

Hotel is good. They expect a deposit on top of the hotel price. Pay by credit card, $100 deposit. Pay by debit card $300 deposit. Free breakfast advertisement. The restaurant is not intended to be used for free breakfast. Better to go somewhere close by. Overall my stay was fine.

The room was beautiful, the bed is pretty comfy, a lot of towels/soap to accommodate us was already in the room. The breakfast is suppose to be include, but it wasn’t clear at all when I went, it’s not a buffet so you need to be serve so it’s not all you can eat, but you can go in until 11:00 AM which is good. The hotel is beautiful, but not much around since you’re surrender by roads. Over all, I recommend!
